90+ My Tuition App will be hire more than 3000 employees across the country by Q1 FY22.
The edtech startup plans to strengthen its talent pool to support its growth and expansion plans within India. The company, after the launch of the 13 State Education Boards and CBSE curriculum on its app, has seen a surge in its user base. The hiring will majorly be in areas of business operations, sales operations and marketing.
The digital-tuition focused app has witnessed an overall growth of 100 per cent in its user base in 2020 and 2021 during the years of pandemic as the preference for online learning has grown significantly.
Smijay Gokuldasan, Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer, 90+ My Tuition App, said, “We plan to increase our overall headcount by a whopping 700 per cent. With the launch of 13 State Education Boards and CBSE curriculum on our app, we have witnessed a growing demand for our app. To cater to this rise in demand, we need to strengthen our existing workforce. Currently, our sales team is actively present in six key states and we aspire to be present across the length and breadth of India. We plan to add more than 3,000 professionals to our existing talent pool by the first quarter of FY 2022-23 which will anchor our next growth phase.”
90+ My Tuition app provides digital tuition to classes 5th to 12th of CBSE and a total of 14 State Education Boards. Learners get to learn textbook-oriented and curriculum-based content of Math and Science using animation and can assess their learnings through self-verifiable evaluation tests available on the app. All tuition material available on the platform are in sync with the state board syllabus, self-paced and accessible to anyone from anywhere. The videos are downloadable and encrypted and can play through mobile apps without using the internet. The app also helps parents track their child’s progress using the ‘Parents Corner’ feature available on the app. Students can download videos and play later without the use of the internet.
